I’m Laura, your dog groomer and I would just like to take a moment to introduce myself and talk a little bit about my journey to becoming a dog groomer.
I’m coming up to 15 years of experience working within several areas of the animal field, where I’ve been employed at a local veterinary practice, a boarding kennels and cattery and most recently as a professional groomer.
Dogs have always been at the centre of my world so I feel fortunate to be able to work with them on a daily basis. I qualified with my City & Guilds in 2014 and since then I’ve very much enjoyed developing my craft.
I treat each dog as an individual, being able to tailor an appointment to meet your dog’s requirements with regards to their coat, their style of groom and also their personality.
I’m currently aiming to develop the services that I offer, as I would love for your dog to leave the salon not only looking good but feeling good. I have recently undertaken training in animal reiki and angelic reiki, and am hoping to incorporate this into my grooming practice at some point.
