It is important that when your dog attends the salon, it is fit and healthy (such as free from known parasites), and fully vaccinated.
On arrival to your appointment, please ensure that your dog has had access to the toilet to ensure their optimal comfort during their visit, and that they arrive on a lead.
To ensure convenience during your visit, there is off-road parking available adjacent to the salon, and fresh coffee is at hand should you plan on staying whilst your dog is being groomed.
As I offer an appointment-only service, should you wish to cancel prior to your scheduled appointment, please allow 24-hours notice.
With regards to methods of payment, I accept card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.
